Founded in 2006 by Carl Cook, Project SAVE, seeks to provide food, educational materials, programming, and resources for the poor in Cleveland’s Midtown Neighborhood. Project SAVE is located at the Friendly Inn Community Center, situated between three CMHA housing complexes.
